Chutney: Mango, Apple, Papaya, Apricot.
Jam/Jelly: Apple, Mixed Fruit, Apricot, Guava (Jams).
Pickles: Mango, Mixed, Green & Red Chilly, Garlic, Lemon, Karela, Amla, Jackfruit.
Murabba (Preserved): Amla, Bael, Apple
Candies: Amla, Bel, Guava & Orange Peel, Potato

About Shikhar Food Products - Himalayan based products situated in Dehradun Uttarakhand state(India
We have various semi processing center ingaged in semi processing and preservation activities in different districts of uttrakhand.
Food processing and preservation center at Kanatal Tehri Garhwal is also a semi processing and training center supported by U cost, and registered by DIC Tehri Garhwal. Nodal processing center is situated in Dehradun. We are producing many types pf fruits and vegetable products our Brands name is Shikhar Food products.
Shikhar food product is promoted by HIT samiti Uttarakhand registered by KVIC.
About HIT samiti - HIT samiti is non government and non profitable organisation engaged in the production and processing of Fruits and vegetables from Himalayan natural raw fruits material.
The society is committed to create a awareness of this trade, society is providing the basic training and skill development program on food processing to the unemployed youth and women, SHG, besides further value edition to the produce of the farmers, organisation also help in upgrading the basic skills of the growers and opening up the employment Avenues for the local unemployed person in order to enhance their economic status.
HIT samiti has a vast experience of several years in parting training in food processing and grading and packaging of Himalayan food products having worked in different districts of uttrakhand, we have also available training Infrastructure society is also engaged in other rural development activities like health education, food and nutrition, water harvesting and conduct interpretationship and skill development program, government of India and with state government.
